Inspection Program Development

In addition to performing the various inspections we have been asked to develop Inspection Programs and/or Inspection Schedules to satisfy Mechanical Integrity Requirements of OSHA 1910.113 and the various regulations for storage tanks and pressure vessels.  This requires a review of the equipment design and inspection history upon which a detailed inspection program is provided to the equipment owner.  This program includes a list of the required types of inspections for each piece of equipment, the recommended inspection techniques and the inspection dates in order to be compliant with the governing regulation.  This service can also be provided for Turnaround Planning and Support at facilities.
